Based on search criteria, an auto email is triggered from system and audit log is maintained. Various management reports are available to know the borrow/ loan status of staff, Staff Competency , staff who lack skills are subject to training and thereby ensuring 100% staff skill utilization is attained to achieve maximum efficiency.
Operational error made by staff and vendor are monitored and tagged to individual profile. Email is triggered to Risk team for various MAS Violation and verification and approval of errors are captured in the database.
Various Reports and MIS error reports and risk analysis reports and charts are available for all levels of Management to enhance Operational improvements.
