a. Delivering projects with lots of hands-on in architecture, design and development/Support activities involving a mixture of project management, technical delivery management and team development.
b. Managing development projects from inception to completion
c. Leading business analysts in translating business requirements to functional requirements document (FRD) and to detailed design documents and creating various project documents impact analysis, test plans, release plans and process flow charts.
d. Working with other teams like infrastructure and DBAs to create Test/Staging environments.
