Description

SRM Tool is designed for Document and Content repository services to apply record conversion process for documents available in their sites. This application would be helpful to migrate their documents from SharePoint to FileNet P8. By using this application user will declare their documents as records by providing country code, record code and date of retention. Once they have provided necessary information to convert their document as record SharePoint will pass the document content along with metadata to ICC and that will process the content will insert document in to P8 and return a GUID and location of document. After the successful ingestion in SharePoint document will be replaced as link and will point to P8 for viewing purpose. RIMS process will run on daily basis identify the links need to be deleted from SharePoint by considering the retention date has been applied and will delete the link from SharePoint and document will be available only in P8 for audit purpose.

Partner Prioritization Model (PPM) is a local initiative for MS India owned by Sales Excellence and Partner Team to approve a discount for partners differentially based on the model. In a situation where multiple partners work on the same EPG/PS account, partners will be prioritized based on proof submitted by partners. The current transaction is very manual emails process, and there is no compliance reviews and traceability. PPM ensures that the discounts granted are based on end-customer opportunities and allows making such discounts transparent to end-customers. Partners are not compensated with additional discounts.
