This is cloud based Task management, since we are in publishing services and now the world is changing to Cloud based development.Instead of receiving asset, downloading it, analyse the asset and update the missing asset to client and receive the same from client, then start conversion and testing. Finally release the output to client is the traditional way of releasing the project to client. This needs more human effort and time to do all those task.iGear introduce to improvise this process to reduce the time, humans and improve the quality of output.Team can create the project in the iGear and add the download link, input, output type and other configuration.iGear will start downloading from the FTP client using nodeJS and unzip the zip package.Analyse the input using asset analysis tool which was written using VB Tool and tool will process and return the output report as excel format and same report will be sent to the client (mail id configured in the setting tab of iGear).Then team can select the appropriate process from the UI of the iGear and iGear will start processing the appropriate conversion using automation tool bundle in it.Final output will be uploaded to the FTP and mail will be sent to client with FTP path.

SSO (Single Sign on) – Using OAuth integrate the SSO with company email address. We have followed SSO for all the internal portal such as (System login, Payroll, MediClaim, IT, Helpdesk and so on). This application doesnt have registration page.User can either load the project from the auto Search input field or add the new project from the home page.Adding the new project will load addProject component and all the field needs to be entered and save.Loading the project will load loadProject component and it will have three pages. First page is assignment, milestone setup (Below admin role user wont get the access to this page).o Milestone setup is the form modal which will have some details from BA should enteredo Assignment is the auto select fields to assign PM to the project.PM will have job card creation page where they can split the project requirement and assign to respective leads within the team (This page will have access only Admin and PM level user).Lead will have job card page where they can see all the jobs assigned with his name. Where they can assign their respective resources to the particular job.Resources will have four tabs (Yet to Start, In progress, Testing, Closed). They can drag the job card to the respective tabs (This page can access everyone).
