Managed and led the ERP development, testing, training and implementation of software and hardware tools to meet the business needs for the planning, customer service, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing functions across the Discrete Semiconductor Group (DSG). I managed the Power Products Division IT budget of $250K for equipment and software.

Product Planning Group Leader, Power Products Division (June 1991 – Dec. 1993)
Led and coordinated the planning activities for the Thyristor and Rectifier product planners ($380M). Forecasted and reported monthly and quarterly operational sales, capacity plans, inventory goals and on-time delivery metrics. Reviewed and monitored the product planning activities, analyzed and resolved issues related to customer deliveries, and factory execution.

Special Project Leader - Demand Driven Manufacturing Systems (DDMS) (Apr. 1988 - May 1991)
Coordinated and led the Design, Development, Testing, Training and Implementation of the following ERP modules: Operating Plan (S&OP), Demand Prioritization, Mix Projector (DP), Supply Demand Match (CTM) and Global Tiered Order Promising (GATP) modules.

Product Planner & Analyst, Zener - Rectifier Division (June 1984 – Mar. 1988)
Prepared and presented monthly operational sales forecast, inventory and on-time delivery goals for the several business units. Analyzed, monitored and resolved issues related to customer and factory orders, capacity utilization, input and output schedules and factory execution. Scheduled and coordinated products through Phoenix, Guadalajara, Korea and Seremban factories.
