• Provides support for User Assembly Testing (UAT) mainly on the following requests:

- Setting up batch streams in UAT environment

- running and monitoring jobs in different UAT environments

- running and monitoring background tasks in UAT environment

- Manual settlement of trades in UAT

- Running and monitoring batch streams in UAT

- Investigate and resolve issues/queries raised to us by the testers mainly on UAT

- doing some minor JCL and natural adabas programming whenever we need to update adabas file in UAT as part of solving issues

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supported the application throughout the development lifecycle of the requirement from Analyze Phase up to Implementation Phase.

• Became familiar with requirements, participated in Analyze meetings with business and technology representatives together with the Application Architect.

• Participated in and support the Design phase by doing the technical design as documented in the Design Process Guide document.

• Performed coding of new and modified entities using Cobol, Cobol DB2 and Cobol CICS programming as documented in the design document.

• Created test plan for the requirement.

• Created test conditions.

• Performed data preparation, code and component testing and Assembly/functional testing.

• Participated and supported Code & Component Test/Assembly Test Phase as documented in the Code & Component Test/Assembly Test Process Guide document.

• Reviewed Code & Component Test/Assembly Test Phase deliverables as documented in the Code & Component Test/Assembly Test Process Guide document.

• Provided functional support for Integration Testing.
