This project aims to find the underlying buying patterns of the customers of an automobile part manufacturer based on the past 3 years of the Company's transaction data and hence recommend customized marketing strategies for different segments of customers.

Currently working as Sr. Consultant(SMTS ) in Verizon and taking care of Managed Services (OSS/BSS) portfolio on different platforms. As AWS cloud migration POC for my Exec. Director , I am responsible for migration of 50+ application portfolios, completion of readiness checklist for all the apps and ensure to coordinate with all stakeholders for smooth completion. In addition I am also involved in taking care of security vulnerabilities for Managed Services for IP vulnerability, Fortify , BlackDuck , and DAST for 20+ applications on platform.

Me and my team members are responsible for remediation of various security vulnerabilities like "IP Vulnerability" , "Source Code", "Open Source" , "DAST" and others.

We also keep track of server patching and vendor management for patch upgradation to avoid vulnerable scan .

With my BAU tasks being handled by my other team mambers , I have been asked to take care of Cloud migration apps for my Director with 50+ apps , which includes migration to AWS and OCI . I take care of all the enterprise apps for ensuring application Readiness , platform readiness and other factors for smooth cloud migration activity. In Addition I take care of app security vulnerability which includes but not limited to IP Vulnerability, Fortify scan , BlackDuck scan and DAST

This is a strategic project for managing fault and performance across network using the best-in-class applications. At the same time SDN options are also being evaluated for keeping the monitoring applications ahead of the game.

This project was to interface Smarts with Siebel ticketing system with 0 Touch ticketing .

There were full duplex channels used by Smarts for getting the feedback from Siebel for the ticket status .

Perl and Java was used as SOAP connectivity over http .

This was a majot migration project from EMC Smarts old version8.Xto the New version 9.X which incurred major changes in overall architecture .

I was involved as Smarts specialist for gathering the requirements for Hardware to the application level requirement and module deployment with production rollout

This project forms strategic baseline for future implementation of network automation and monitoring . The project aims to gets network monitoring , service monitoring , alarms monitoring to be fully automated including legacy and virtual Hardware devices and Servers. [ Technology includes PERL DBI , SOAP HTTP , Perl Webservices , Java Webservices , EMC Smarts API ( Java & Perl ) ] , To Design solution for complete automation for OSS data flow. To write various automation scripts for process flow without manual intervention. To Develop Automated ticketing functionality for ease of monitoring purpose. To deploy Smarts V8 and refine working of Smarts for live clients To co-ordinate between various teams for solution testing SIT , UAT and Live .

My Task relates to the implementation of the voip suite for management of Cicso Unfied call manager and Avaya PBX by Prognosis server . To Design solution for VOIP devices for Cisco , Avaya and Nortel switches . To Interface and configure Prognosis IPTM server for monitoring CUCM8.X To Deploy and test the functionality for MPLS & Multicast manager To deploy Multicast manager for one of BTs prestigious clients. To configure Prognosis IPTMR reporter for report generation and management To train the associates and guide them on the required Smarts suite

The work relates to take over the perl development and configuration responsibility for many accounts in CSC EMEA and North America division . To customize the Out-of –the-box to work and interface with any third party components . Along with the development in ASL. To play a key role in many developments project on various flavours of unix. Hold key position to synchronize link between Development and support . To resolve discovery issues for network elements of various domains in Smarts . To do implementation of best practices in smarts that is needed by customer . To Conduct Technical interviews for new hires to csc To Conduct training for Perl ,Unix & Shell Scripting . To Give training on SAM , IP , MPLS & ASL to the CSC India team To configure and maintain the CSC state of art Smarts Lab in India

The Application called Smarts is a Service management suite which needs to be integrated into BT national and international network. This will form business critical solution for BT and will help in maintaining its 21century network adding value to the business. To make sure that the deliverables are done on time. To develop the code as per the given design. To ensure that the code is written as per the coding standards To get the code tested and the report generated for error-free code delivery. Data currently integrated for almost all the BT systems ( UII , PACS,PEW/IRAMS). To test the developed code on the Dev servers of BT . To check the connectivity and intallation of Smarts and other third party applications on the Dev servers To form the seedfile required by smarts for discovery . To maintain documentation for every code drop given .

This project evaluates and exposes new SDN and NFV products to organization.

My project relates to the refining & implementation of SNMPV3 based discovery trap handling and SmartsV8 . To Design solution for SNMPV 3 Discovery and implementation To write Perl scripts for interfacing smarts to custom in-house tools as well as other 3rd party tools To automate as many tasks as possible using scripts from perl unix and java. To Deploy and test the functionality for above mentioned work To deploy Smarts V8 and refine working of Smarts for live clients To co-ordinate between various teams for solution testing SIT , UAT and Live .

Its a network fault reporting fault management system takes care of 24X7 Business Critical Applications in Broadband Order Provisioning & Service Assurance ( Broadband & PSTN )domain for British Telecom Plc. To make sure that Uninterrupted services are provided round the clock. To manage BTs National & International Traffic monitoring systems in PSTN domain. To manage and facilitate uninterrupted services to the Broadband network fault management systems which reports data for entire UK network using TeMIP Platform . Have written scripts to automate the day to day tasks which helped in better management of the system and processes Have accomplished complex deployment activities those have resulted in the stabilisation of the system and improved the level of services with TeMIP. Working closely with the other support teams to fine tune the system parameters according to the need of spreading network elements Planning and executing various patch deployments by co-ordinating the interfaces and client . Have Automated Health-checks and reports for facilitating internal and external processes & to get quick and fast response to customers. 21CN Network is an IP based network. Worked on the technologies like Ethernet, Internet Protocol Multi-media Sub-system (IMS), Internet Protocol (IP), Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN), and Wave Division Multiplexing (WDM).Good understanding on the 21CN network elements like Copper MSAN, Fiber MSAN, Edge Router, MPLS Routers, Media gateways etc.,
