Takeda Business operations team currently manually import the E2B cases received in Argus Safety and enter the data in respective Argus fields by referring E2B decoded view document. In current manual E2B case processing there are inevitable chances of human data entry error leading to continued case processing being affected. If Initial E2B case processing is automated, manual data entry errors can be reduced, BOT can run 20 hours every day and also Bots can be scaled up easily if there is a sudden increase in volume of cases. The new system will automate the current manual operations via RPA.
