Roles and Responsibilities: Understand the Business Requirement from BRD and work on Impact Analysis (IA) & High Level Estimation (HLE). Work with Client and SMEs directly for any business related requirements & queries. Engage Infrastructure resource for the project by systematising Small and Simple Estimate along with impacted component details. Business may come up with Change Request (CR) and I am responsible to do the IA, HLE and other tracking details for the same. Once the prepared IA and HLE is approved from Business, will prepare Functional Specification (FS) document for the same in more technical details apart from high level functional details. Once the FS is getting signed-off, responsible to prepare the Application Design (AD) document for the same requirement with technical contents such as application contest, flow charts, Component details, Systems involved in project, etc. Develop code and prepare Unit test plans (UTP) to ensure that the output is met within the given SLA and specifications. Carrying out the peer review of the code developed by other team to ensure the high quality deliverables are met. Track all the queries related to design in Design Query log. Involved developing new complex and critical modules. Proactively guide the team to resolve the issues. Test data setup and perform Unit testing / System testing / UAT. Perform Quality check (Peer review) for coding & test results and deliver the components to customers for their sign offs. Provided support to Business for any analysis around the design / any BAU production enquiries. Conduct the UAT testing daily/defect meetings with onshore client UAT testing Manager, onshore Project managers. Involved in implementation activities and provide warranty support till we hand over the system to Application Management team. Document and share the solutions/information in a knowledge portal for reference and conduct training whenever required. Provide Test On-Call support and defect fixing for Core Accounting applications.
