KitchenAid is an American home appliance brand owned by Whirlpool Corporation. KitchenAid project is rolled in three different countries (India, US, Canada & Mexico) with different languages.

VEO (Virtual Engagement and Ordering) is a web-based B2B platform, which BAT uses to guide and influence their customers ordering product online, and Canada, in the future, provide them with an engagement and educational resource.

VEO overall aims to deliver the following:

• An externally-hosted B2B (Business to Business) website for combustibles;
• A framework for deployment into many end markets
• Localization within defined parameters;
• Integration with core BAT systems for the purpose of Financial Control/Reporting, Customer Relationship Management, Order History, Order Management/Tracking and Product/Pricing.

B2B E-Commerce is an Electrolux initiative to provide customers and channel partners with a better online experience, with the goals of improving brand recognition, better user experience, increased performance and offering a seamless experience across various devices (computers and tablets). The existing legacy site will be replaced by this hybris based B2B E-Commerce Solution.
