eSource is a custom build cloud based solution that collects, processes and manages clinical trial data through automated workflows to provide remote and virtual capabilities. This application is hosted with Azure Cloud provider for all the computing services. This platform is responsible for the online and transactional processing in real time response. The primary data centres is located in Boyoton, Virginia and secondary being located in San Francisco, California.

Precision Plus Dissemination is an end to end financial data distribution service package mainly targeted to organize the financial data format delivery to multiple stake holders. Precision Plus Dissemination handles the validation, Data persistent, Distribution, verification and Client support w.r.t to financial data availability in UK region stakeholders. This system is currently stable with scope for biweekly SPRINT activities as per the requirement arise from the business. Modules includes Feed Generation (Feed Manager, Feed Scheduling, SQFS/Feed runner with SQL PROC), File Distribution (Windows Service), Data Checking (Client site craping and alerting), External UI reporting, Internal Monitoring (using PRTG)

Key Responsibilities:

§ Product development lead for Precision Plus Dissemination product in AGILE scrum model with UK client.

§ Good understanding of OOPs with knowledge and understanding of Design Patterns

§ Have strong knowledge and working experience on following technologies, an expert with the ability to mentor and guide other team members.

§ Understand the businessrequirements, design, develop user stories or a part of user stories and ensure they are developed with good quality on time.

§ Good team player and was able to work alone when required.

§ Liaising effectively with other team members like IT, design, SEO, QA teams, warehouse team, etc., in achieving the sprint goals efficiently.

§ Collaborate well with the team members / other team members to get the user stories completed as per the schedule.

§ Bring out any impediments you foresee in delivering the user stories, work items or in achieving sprint goals to the notice of the stakeholders as early as possible to arrive at more realistic estimation and high-quality product.

§ Identify technical glitches up-front, provide technical solution by demonstrating a proof of concept / research spike when required.

§ Highlight under or over engineered designs, patterns of failures in the code and always focus on providing the viable solutions.

§ Ensure the research spikes performed by the other developers are executed effectively and progress in right direction.

§ Ensure the team members follow FE’s coding standards and implement best practices during the development.

§ Dynamic and adaptable to change in the requirements during the sprint, quick to identify the impacts and manage the changes without impacting quality.

MIC2 is an end to end Finance application mainly targeted to organize the payouts for the participants of the Microsoft service line. MIC2 handles the RBI and PPI processing of payouts. This system is currently stable with scope for monthly SPRINT activities as per the requirement arise from the business. The system was recently migrated to Azure IAAS from On Premise environment.

Responsibilities:

§ Participate in weekly client review meeting and daily scrum call with development or offshore engineering team for rendering support to the Service Engineering team in day to day activities related to MIC2 Production requests and User queries or issues.

§ Interact with the offshore Engineering team with Deployment and Service Engineering team related to SPRINT delivery and Production issues.

§ Function as Part of CoE in scrutinizing candidates at Service line / Org. level. Mentor team for technical and process standards during the SPRINT

§ Involved in guiding the team in improvement of existing process and brainstorming during development or enhancing the modules

§ Contributed in achieving the quality standards set by the ISRM and GDPR policy

Responsibilities

§ Guided the offshore Development Team in SPRINT activities. Planned & scheduled SPRINT monthly plan and ensured delivery of User stories

§ Rendered support to the Project Quality management to ensure alignment of artifacts to the Organization quality goals in role as Offshore Project Manager and Scrum Master.

§ Involved in reviewing & approving the code changes and mentored wherever required

§ Facilitating the team with necessary support for INFRA and server related issues in Client environment

§ Co-Ordinating the onsite consultant with the offshore development team as required

§ Point of contact for the internal audit to align with the CMMI review meeting and generate the necessary artifacts

Project got transitioned from different software vendors and currently this is in steady state phase with IBM for continuous support and improvement. List of applications are involved which are implemented with the Microsoft technologies and IBM MQ, Crystal report. During the Transition / Parallel / steady state the Production issues were reported by Business Users via Remedy tool and Needs to be monitored and should be involved in analysis, User interaction as necessary, provide solution or fix as required and deliver the fix or solution.

Optiva is a VB/VB.NET product developed by INFOR, an enterprise-wide software solution that allows formula-based manufacturers to strategically manage innovation throughout product lifecycles. Some functionality has been tailored to Campbell needs, and other functions are not activated for the Campbell account. Customization is done through the application forms as well as through the Database tables. Optiva tracks the product innovation lifecycle which consists of these basic processes - Development, Planning, Concepts, Extension, Validation and Launch. Workflow methodology is implemented to move through each process stage to next for necessary approvals

Butterfield Bank is one of the leading banks in retail and Global Wealth Management Financial Institution. The project is to supply technology infrastructure management, application development and technical support for all Butterfield locations internationally. The aim of the project is to cater production support to the non-core applications of the Bank as well to migrate all the banks applications to a secured Service management centre of HP Toronto Data Centre. All applications exist in disparate technologies. Non-Core application includes HR Management Applications, Credit Card Printing and Maintaining Application, Internet and Intranet Application, Foreign Exchange and Trading Application, Employee Training Application. The project also needs to maintain and monitor SWIFT applications.
