From Requirement to implementation.. All the computer systems required for manufacturing unit was developed in foxpro. Later assisted SAP team to convert it into SAP modules

Project Details
· Assisted the SAP team from the basis of the below systems. Network Preparation and basic MIS services were provided for SAP Implementation.
· All above Integrated Systems are based on Bill Of Material. All systems generate periodwise, customerwise, productwise, and groupwise with Summary included for group, customer, period, Online Store Management System, which maintains regular stock transactions and include reports as Stock statements, Stock Ledgers, Receipt & Issue Register Stock Taking, Material under analysis, Hold ups,. Pending PO. Online stocks at entry time. Dispatch system is integrated with all systems. Purchase valuation based on landed rates is also generated.
· Cardex Systems makes valuation for costing & balance sheet prepartions. Inventory valuation with modvat is an added feature.
· Accounting system uses information generated from all these systems to prepare final accounting reports
· Job Reconsilation system calculates existing stocks at vendors where Varroc get the job work done.

- ERP coordination includes requirement gathering, Analysis, and participation in development & implementation. And preparing Hardware Setup for the system.
- These All Integrated Systems were based on batch and product to inventory, planning, PO, Dispatch systems. All reports given were periodwise, customerwise , productwise, and groupwise with Summary included for group, customer, period, These reports are used for many analytical purposes. Budget system was covering budget details based on marketing’s yearly plan.
- Planning system starts with sales plan and produces production plan for next 3 months. This system calculates material requirements for individual material for every finished product on the basis of Production plan & inventory, Pending PO, Dispatches. Reports include Production Plan, Plan Vs Actual reports, Monthly dispatches, Shortage / Excess list, Material Procurement (BOM), Production Budget (Yearly) MIS reports, Costing Reports, Valuation statements, Yearly Dispatches, Comparison Reports.
- Multi-user, Online Store Management System, which maintains regular batchwise stock transactions and include reports as Stock statements, Stock Ledgers, Receipt & Issue Register Stock Taking, Material under analysis, Hold ups,. Release statements from QA, Pending PO. Online stocks at entry time. Dispatch system is integrated with all systems to produce plan Vs actual repots.

Feed Efficiency System is Research project aimed at maximum utilization of feed and its effect on Genetic parameter for bird on its egg weight, Body Weight & Production. The large data was analyzed by statistical methods. Different types of correlations were decided upon the results.
Converted this computer system to workabouts (Palmtop) which were easily handled in poultry shades as Data Collection part was handled conveniently
Inventory & PO system fulfils the work objectives of stores and purchase department works, on Line Stock was given at entry time. Repots include
