Project Details

· Assisted the SAP team from the basis of the below systems. Network Preparation and basic MIS services were provided for SAP Implementation.

· All above Integrated Systems are based on Bill Of Material. All systems generate periodwise, customerwise, productwise, and groupwise with Summary included for group, customer, period, Online Store Management System, which maintains regular stock transactions and include reports as Stock statements, Stock Ledgers, Receipt & Issue Register Stock Taking, Material under analysis, Hold ups,. Pending PO. Online stocks at entry time. Dispatch system is integrated with all systems. Purchase valuation based on landed rates is also generated.

· Cardex Systems makes valuation for costing & balance sheet prepartions. Inventory valuation with modvat is an added feature.

· Accounting system uses information generated from all these systems to prepare final accounting reports

· Job Reconsilation system calculates existing stocks at vendors where Varroc get the job work done.

• ERP coordination includes requirement gathering, Analysis, and participation in development & implementation. And preparing Hardware Setup for the system.
• These All Integrated Systems were based on batch and product to inventory, planning, PO, Dispatch systems. All reports given were periodwise, customerwise , productwise, and groupwise with Summary included for group, customer, period, These reports are used for many analytical purposes. Budget system was covering budget details based on marketing’s yearly plan.
• Planning system starts with sales plan and produces production plan for next 3 months. This system calculates material requirements for individual material for every finished product on the basis of Production plan & inventory, Pending PO, Dispatches. Reports include Production Plan, Plan Vs Actual reports, Monthly dispatches, Shortage / Excess list, Material Procurement (BOM), Production Budget (Yearly) MIS reports, Costing Reports, Valuation statements, Yearly Dispatches, Comparison Reports.
• Multi-user, Online Store Management System, which maintains regular batchwise stock transactions and include reports as Stock statements, Stock Ledgers, Receipt & Issue Register Stock Taking, Material under analysis, Hold ups,. Release statements from QA, Pending PO. Online stocks at entry time. Dispatch system is integrated with all systems to produce plan Vs actual repots.

Feed Efficiency System is Research project aimed at maximum utilization of feed and its effect on Genetic parameter for bird on its egg weight, Body Weight & Production. The large data was analyzed by statistical methods. Different types of correlations were decided upon the results.

Converted this computer system to workabouts (Palmtop) which were easily handled in poultry shades as Data Collection part was handled conveniently

Inventory & PO system fulfils the work objectives of stores and purchase department works, on Line Stock was given at entry time. Repots include

Stock Statements, Pending PO’s , GRN printing, stock ledgers, Receipts & issues register, Level Reports, ABC analysis, Stock Takings, PO printing.

Distributors Accounting & Inventory system was multi-user, online System for all types of distributors. It covers all activities carried out at distributors firm. It incorporated different types of schemes given to trader by dealer and to customer by the trader. Cash discounts quantity discounts. Journey Cycles were introduced at invoicing time. Stocks at different locations were maintained on line. All Outstanding reports were produced and customer balances were maintained online.

Winding Wire production system Covers every aspect of production of winding wire. It includes planning, raw material Consumption, machines loading, operators works & ideal work timing. It includes production at every stage from raw stage to final product quality testing, dispatching material, customer complaints & back tracing. It includes scrap reports and reports send from production to sales department, Production report at extrusion, coiling, Raw material, Daily production sheet at every Step, defect testing summary, testing details. Generalized Accounting system for all Types of traders with integrated Inventory & Invoicing. Clients included Manufacturing firms Like Kasat Paper & Pulps Ltd. Where Production System, Production Order system, Inventory system, Purchase Order system &A/c system was integrated.

Share system includes the capital gain/Loss statements, Maturity Reports, Interest Reports & related statements.

Payroll system included paysheets , PF statements, ESI statements, Bank statements Yearly- Half- Yearly statements & Various tax statements.

Hire Purchase system for consumable traders included schemes with flat & Diminishing rates, Interests calculations & the related reports. Other Related systems as par requirement of clients were also implemented
