Technical Implementation and Project Planning

  • Deployment of SAP Claims for Manitoba Health and Manitoba Blue Cross to facilitate payments to Physicians for MB Health and Claims processing for Manitoba Blue Cross.

  • Configuration and Patch Management releases - organized project team, identified scope and timeline. Vulnerability Assessment and Remediation - deployed Languard to automate Patch Management for server, SAP patch is inclusive of Oracle. Server hardening requirement to turn off services where vulnerability exists. Network services review for security enhancements.

  • SAP Virtualization technology and support for the infrastructure, database and operating system.

  • Oracle Backup Design and Procedures to ensure high availability for payment processing. In scope of this was the database monitoring and availability configuration that were required for 7 x24 database requirement.

  • Performance Tuning Oracle - SAP Claims assisted in identificaton of application tuning for database, operating system teams.

  • AWR diagnosis reports to determine bottlenecks, optimize configuration settings, create standard footprint for deployment.
