Completed an Architecture Design Request to determine design for SAP integration and enterprise data warehouse integration.

Collected all future state requirements and worked with several vendors, including IMB, to determine a migration pass for the retirement of Bundl. Approved a concept and selected a product as a candidate for replacement. Collected financial costs and resource requirements for the project and made all architecture recommendation to streamline document storage.

Conducted gap analysis for the Pension, Disability and Rehabilitation System, determined requirements, recommended areas for improvement, obtained approval for changes and developed an effective solution. Completed an environment assessment to determine where changes needed to occur and provided assessment to senior management. Upgraded all databases by converting them from Windows to Linux and updated all forms and report services for the customized applications. Completed the project 2 months ahead of schedule and $100K under budget.

Collected business requirements, created functional specifications to support necessary technical changes and conducted workflow analysis for the claims department. Delivered new customized applications based on business requirements and executed 3 releases over the course of 18 months.

Participated in a large project team for the development and execution of this $25M+ project with a timeline of 6 months for completion. Accountable for the design of paper-based to electronic cost centre reporting and the design of future state transactions for SAP. Completed the integration design for cash issuance from McKenzie Financial to Investors Group Financial Services Inc.. Collaborated with the project team to develop A/R and A/P design and coordinate with various stakeholders and business leads to create a working design for future state. Developed disaster recovery documentation and was able to successfully recover systems.
