Conduct gap analysis to understand business requirements for all HR functions, current deficiencies and translate into HRIS Requirements.
• Prepare RFP; ensuring that agreed HR requirements are addressed against criteria for priority, quality, timeliness and costs.
• Evaluate proposals and recommends the best solution, ensuring reliability and that the new solution effectively incorporates core HR administration, planning, recruitment, performance management, talent management, payroll…etc. and meets the business needs
• Prepare As Is document in order to ensure that effective documentation of current procedures within system.

• Take part in business analysis and prepare project plan along with deliverables and timeline.
• Advise/recommend amendments of current HR processes/ policies in line with best practices to facilitate integration of the same within the new HRIS.
• Ensure all team members understand the key HR deliverables, implications (on other domains) and dependencies.
• Develop (with supplier) any HR functional requirements and technical design specifications
• Integration with current system/s, Effectively manage the delivery of all accountable products and supporting documentation in line with the project schedule, resource plan and quality process.
