This project is a group of hotelsbrands operating around the world. They provide and manage various requirements for Hotels to operate like WiFi, Bandwidth, Electronics appliances and various services. These are managed through Salesforce for Internal users and a Heroku based Marketplace site. Hotel members can login to Marketplace and Interact with the offerings like Ordering new Television or getting a new WiFi or Bandwidth connection in the hotel or renewing their existing plans.

Apart from IHG Internal users and Hotel members, Vendors are also a key user. Vendors can access special portal designed for them as Salesforce Community. Offering on Marketplace are provided by multiple vendors. Vendors can Create new Product and Services. These new Products got through the Approval Process from Internal users in order to be available for Hotels to Purchase.

Whole Process is managed by using various functionality provided by Salesforce like Sharing setting, Approval process, Process builder, Queues & Groups, communities, sites, and other technologies like AWS, Heroku connect.

This project setup is system of coal trading & mining. This system primarly developed on Salesforce where we have built the custom objects, Visualforce pages, Triggers, workflows, Apex classes.

It contains modules of Lead Conversion, Contract of Shipment, Product Management, Order Management, Quotations of Products, Finance of Order, Documents of Order.

Also it contain the report generating tool named Conga Composer which dynamically genrates based on customer requirement.

The Institute Chartered Accountantsis the national accountancy body which organizes many courses for learning and conducts programs.
Business persons and individuals can purchase courses and memberships as per their requirements by logging into the community.
