IBM Private India Ltd is handling the IT department of the Idea Cellular Communications Ltd. I have been involved mainly in the Telecom Domain, Production Support and Application Development using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming and Unix Shell Scripting and Siebel CRM Environment.

This Project is a part of Telecom Vertex and Idea is a leading Telecom Company and same project is running on PAN India and our contribution is for Kerala Circle. As circle IT we provide support to business users using Remedy Ticketing tool with Siebel CRM environment.

Wimoku Private Ltd is handling the IT department of  4Medica. I have been involved mainly in the Technical Support Domain (Production Support and Application Support ) using Java, Solr, BigQuery, MongoDB,  Python and Unix Shell Scripting.
