Description
- Design, coding, testing, and defect fixing
- Designing and implementation of system tray application and its integration with iMedXDevices module. In this module a callback interface is implemented to get the device status notifications from Device Manager. On device connection notifications, dictations are downloaded from device and uploaded to dictations server automatically.

- Implemented IIS Server Configuration Module and Installer in C# to simplify and reduce the TMC lengthy and complicated manual installation process.
- Implemented Components using C# & ATL/COM
Description
Focus Handheld acquires and pre-processes the raw point cloud data and seamlessly integrates with Focus Inspection and Automation. Focus Inspection manages acquired point clouds and performs part-to-CAD comparison and feature inspection. Part-to-CAD inspection compares the acquired point cloud with nominal CAD data, resulting in crystal-clear geometric deviation displays. It read product manufacturing information (PMI) from the CAD file. Using this information, features are retrieved automatically from the point cloud and evaluated to their tolerances. This eliminates the error prone and time-consuming entry of dimensions and tolerances. Feature enhancements, implementation, defect fixing. Preparing Test Plan and writing and executing test cases. Requirement Verification, Unit Testing.

Deli2Mat is a set of Matlab functions to extract the result of computations in Matlab format. For tyre analysts, it was difficult to view the test result of each function from a flat file therefore a function wise XML Report was generated from inputs and test results.

To simulate the air flows and calculate the temperature of various parts of aircraft engine, meshing of engine parts and boundary condition variables are defined in PATRAN, which generates geometric file. This contains description of mesh and its boundary conditions (BC). This geometric file is used as input by CCL. CCL launches CALCULATION (chaining of three solvers CEM, FLUID, THBM) which generates binary file that can be sent further to PATRAN for post-processing and also to CCL.

This is a Prototype development of pre-postprocessor which can read and manage huge FEM data from UNV files. It reads up to 100,000 finite elements and plots the boundary elements on the screen. All other elements, which are inside and cannot be seen from outside, are ignored.

The FEM_MAKE system was developed for fine tuning of FEM/Geometric models, to modify the existing models by various advanced meshing & splitting features. FEM_MAKE was used by engineers involved in STRESS ANALYSIS (to make sure that it can withstand very large forces) of galleys and building the FEM models.
