The project is to search the content in the voice recording, we have converted all voice recording to text using Amazon Transcribe services and store the text content in Amazon S3, where we have run the Amazon Comprehend services to sort the positive, negative, product based recordings and once the service will execute successfully it triggers the lambda function to update the metadata information of the files into Dynamo Db, where we have implemented Elastic search to search the relevant recordings based on the needs and used Amazon Quicksight to see the visualization on recording based on feedback or product.

Have implemented various complex Disaster recovery solution to maintain the Recovery Point Objective and Recovery Time Objective under 5 minutes.
