Project Description:

This project is based on end to end testing of core banking, Internet banking and Mobile banking, IVR,CRM, ATM/CCDM, BPM enhancements/upgrade. Involved in Customer payments services, Fund transfers, Teller transactions, Cards systems and Term deposits. Also involved in complete functionality of Internet banking, Mobile banking, CRM and Contact center applications.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Budget and Test plan management.
  • Analyzing the requirement documents as per the Bank’s conditions.
