Role & Responsibilities:

1. Create Product roadmap and Go-to-market jointly with CTO, COO and Company Head

2. Deep involvementin solution design, infrastructure sizing to host application, database design, security design, test scenario design & execution and business requirement analysis in association with technical team

3. Prepare Product Backlog / Scrum Backlog, Sprint plan, determine technology stack for building / testing and deploying the solution, closely work with QA team and 3rd party Security testers to ensure bug-free release at multiple banks across India

4. Oversee post deployment support and ensure incident resolution within defined SLA

5. Team planning, team building, resource allocation, budget-cost analysis, problem solving, monitor & control project

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Manage project execution, project finance, risk assessment / mitigation and stakeholder reporting

2. People management, assigning tasks, tracking progress, review execution status, monitor quality of testing service

3. Customer interaction, attend review meetings with Stakeholders, conduct team meetings, issue / conflict resolution

4. Test execution, Test data preparation, Test planning, Design Test Scenario, Test Automation, Bug tracking & reporting, design Effort Estimation template

5. Provide QA signoff, arrange acceptance approvals from customer for invoicing efforts, arrange Purchase Order
