India's western coastal area; especially Mangalore, Udupi & Kundapur is full of private buses carrying people everyday, travelling 150km via multiple routes. There are almost 200+ buses travel at regular interval. It is very difficult for the people who commute often in bus to know the timings and routes. So, I decided to take up this challenge and design a mobile app which help the users with timings and routes with the add-on features like rating and comments.

  • Target people who often commute
  • App should be easy and simple to use

Design Process

I followedLean UX Designmethodology.

  2. Personas
  3. User Journey Map
  4. Information Architecture / User-flow
