OPTA (Open Platform Taxi Aggregator) – an enterprise started to solve the key issues and problems in taxi services aggregator domain using technology and innovative features as key solution.
1) Procured “Karnataka State on-demand Transportation technology Aggregator” licence
2) Architected & Set up complete technology platform, Spic n Span working app in play stores, Inter Web portal for “Control Room” facility, Website etc.
3) Planning the cloud (AWS) architecture, Dev-Ops process, data structuring, testing and configuration process etc.
4) On boarded 8500+ drivers on to the platform and 6 drivers unions ready to work for OPTA
5) Set up of entire organisation from scratch and was part of Finance modelling, Operations Planning, Marketing Strategy, Stakeholder contracting, resourcing and product planning etc.
