In this project NextGEMS collects network characteristic information from remote devices such as router, switch, gateways and servers and its location. This information is used to monitor health check of remote devices and disaster recovery.

The purpose of a management IMPACT is to provide connectivity to a customer VPN for the services offered by the organization. When you log into the web page you will be able to see your past requests and their current status. Once your request has been approved, it will be processed by the Network Engineering team and you will receive an email notification that your request has been approved

Tool that can be used create filters to fetch tickets from AOTS using various approaches [AQE, AOTS Filter, and CBUS]. The tool is integrated with AOTS and is capable of fetching tickets as well as update tickets as needed. The tool provides feasible options to schedule the Filters created based on the requirement and will enable end users to apply chosen actions on the fetched ticket data.
