Description

Robobai is a global leader in procurement and supply chain transformation committed to helping organisations make great purchasing decisions. The project involved building a multi-tenant SaaS platform for help onboard and evaluate supplier/vendor compliance across multiple areas like cyber security, insurance, etc. The SaaS platform automates the entire supplier onboarding and compliance score calculation. It helps customers to reach out to potential suppliers with compliance issue for faster mitigation and derive meaningful insights on the entire supplier base.

Developed application frameworks, standardized procedures and managed delivery processes.
Designed internal process improvements to automate repetitive tasks, shortening data delivery times.
Worked effectively in Agile environments to maintain efficient project work.
Gathered, defined and refined requirements, led project design and oversaw implementation. Consulted with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure.
Created new and innovative approaches to problems and discussed strategies with project managers.
Application re-architecture design and delivery with decoupled services for KYS and Risk Dashboards Design and implementation of container first approach in backend deployments, which paved path for easier CI/CD implementation
Cloud-native deployment model design and implementation support
Frontend architecture with reusable component library and visual refresh
Set up development team of 8 with required skills to support architecture
Set up multiple DevOps processes within team for facilitating faster development

Description

The MAC Address Allocator service was designed and developed to facilitate all the generation and allocation of MAC addresses across all factories of Honeywell through a centrally managed service developed entirely on cloud-native technologies. The design's main driver was the remote location of the factories where the API service was going to be consumed and different electronic devices would get the mac address allocated hence security and keeping the latency to the lowest was essential.

Role

  • Design and architect the solution
  • Support the delivery teams on the architecture and design decisions

Description

The project's main focus was for digitizing manual processes and application modernization of various Data Analytics Tools that were being used by the research scientists and lab workers to collect data about chemical samples and related parameters. There were many heterogeneous apps that worked in silos to collect and analyse data. The vision was to create a single platform for the UOP business of Honeywell that would be rolled out for all the lab and field workers for consumption. Main problem areas that were addressed as part of this project -

  • Transcription / Transcribing errors from excel to internal systems etc
  • Redundancy of data hence cross validation was required
  • No real-time data decision making capability
  • Data is residing in a different repository
  • Strong evidence of lost NPD opportunity from each area

Role

  • Deliver the solution architecture in liaison withthe business leaders' vision
  • Deliver big-data architecture for sample data being generated across factories that would be centralized
  • Support delivery teams to realise the architecture

Description

The internal business applications at Honeywell Automation India Limited needed to be migrated to a more cloud-native and microservices architecture to facilitate new modern features and integrations with other systems in Honeywell. The applications contained sensitive data with respect to employees like payroll, administration, and organization details. Prior to modernization, the application received the data dump from various systems on a regular basis like PeopleSoft, SAP. As part of the modernization, the system integrated with PeopleSoft, SAP using APIs directly making it more real-time, and had dashboards designed in Tableau for showing relevant insights.

Role

  • Delivered C4 model of architecture for the system architecture of the new applications
  • Designed and led the delivery of integration of the various systems by collaborating with various internal application owners
  • Collaboration and delivery support for the architecture realisation

Description

The intent of this portal/tool / software is to Digitize / Automate following System Engineering activities

  • Architecture Drawing (ACAD / VISIO)
  • CLAN FDS
  • CLAN DDS
  • Switch Configuration Files (L1 and L2 Switches)
  • IP Addressing Schema
  • EPKS Enterprise FAT Procedure

In the current scenario, the above deliverables are totally dependent on the availability of specifically skilled engineers. Also, there is no standardization across the deliverables and each engineer has their own method of representation and documentation. Our majority of the offerings remains the same but the way we document them differs from project to project. Many time the mistakes / miss-outs also gets carried from project to project.

Once this tool is deployed we target to achieve

  • 30-40 % Productivity improvement in deliverable generation
  • Standard output across various projects
  • Reduce flex involvement (As most of the ACAD / VISIO deliverables are prepared by Flex)
  • Improve delivery speed.
  • Remove the requirement of specific software (ACAD / MS VISIO / Etc) to generate deliverables.
  • Creates bandwidth for Network / System Engineers to support multiple projects.

Role

  • Delivered C4 model of architecture for the system architecture of the new applications
  • Designed and led the delivery of integration of the various systems by collaborating with various internal application owners
  • Collaboration and delivery support for the architecture realisation

Description

The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), which was passed as part of the HIRE Act, generally requires that foreign financial Institutions and certain other non-financial foreign entities report on the foreign assets held by their U.S. account holders or be subject to withholding on payments. The solution was designed to manage the end-to-end FATCA lifecycle, including data acquisition, onboarding, remediation, due diligence and reporting. The solution enables financial institutions to consolidate and streamline a number of labor-intensive back-office functions related to FATCA.
