Description

HR Help Desk is a web based application designed for Chola .Here Employee will raise the request from respective department end, and then system should validate with query category and task to be delivered to respective role in the HR department. Post review of the request by the respective authority then they can able to provide the feedback in the task itself. Upon submit the approval end then task should go back to initiator inbox whoever already raised the request/query. Initiator will open the task and will complete the workflow process. If any rejections are made by the respective authority, then task should go back to initiator with feedback remarks to take further action. This Help desk workflow should be availed in Chola Engage, where employee can able to raise the request/query/concern and there should be an option called as Helpdesk, user can choose and raise the query which is related to HR department. The proposed workflow should be synced with HR alumni portal, where former employees can use it and they can also raise the request/query/concern using HR alumni portal. The authentication access will be provided by HR department for former employees since their AD authentication has been deactivated once they relived from the respective organisation.

There are 5 main roles in the application– SSU Manager, SSU SR Manager, SSU HOD L5, SSU HOD L4, SSU HOD L3, SSU Head and Associate/SSU Executive.There is different functionality for each of the role .Users with corresponding roles will get that specific functionality. In this project the approval form will be send to different departments for approval based on different criteria new departments will be added for approval .If in every layer approval is done user will get a notification about the approval and if the approval is rejected the use will get rejected notification. The project involves design and coding using javaScript, html,java,webservices based on client requirement .
