The Project Workplan system is a tool to help you plan, manage implementation of, report on, and evaluate your project. The project workplan has two components: The outcome workplan tables which describe each project outcome and how the project will be implemented to achieve the outcome, including inputs, activities, timeframe, responsible person, and outputs. The outcome evaluation plan tables which describe how you will evaluate whether each project outcome has been achieved, including outcome indicators and data collection methods and timeframe.

The Leave Management System is an online application which is used by the organization for the staff to keep track of their leaves. This project system can be used to automate the workflow of leave applications and their approvals. This system have features like notification of email, leave cancellation, automated leave approval and check leave history by the end user.

EPAD system has been designed for ICRISAT to help them automate their current approach to EPAD Appraisal processing that includes document distribution by email, manual consolidation of review comments and feedback and telephonic and email follow up.

This system facilitates users to send their request for seed export and availability of the seeds. Here we store all the information in the database consisting of seed requests and export information.

The Learning Systems Unit supports mentorships from partner organizations and students from universities around the world. The LSU facilitates the conduct of skill building and knowledge sharing sessions and workshops while adopting a proactive stance towards the implementation of ICRISATs learning activities. It aims to render learning at ICRISAT a profoundly rewarding and enriching experience for all participants. Learner participants database purpose is to maintain learners database from time of registration until their completion of the tenure.

ExploreIt @ ICRISAT promises to make large volumes of agricultural scientific information more easily accessible to the public. It is the main source of ICRISATs scientific information, with profiles of all topics, systems, crops, resources, and locations where it works. A new form of information management developed by ICRISAT gives the public a unique opportunity to explore and benefit from publicly-funded global agricultural research, knowledge and information

Resourcespace is web based tool to store all the data such as images, audio, video and all other documents in one place. The idea is to create a data repository of all the existing data and to expand use of the data in a simple and easy way.

Data from over 40 years is being dealt with currently. The village level data helps study the aerial view of overall growth and their nutritional intake. The important task is about how we are able to maintain and use such a huge data and how the analysis is made use of. At present, there is no information existing on this and even if it exists, its credibility cannot be assumed. This platform helps the data to be open sourced on various platforms and helps to take appropriate steps to combat the severe situations. The different types of data that are included are weather, GPS coordinates of farmer, Nutritional intake by farmers in villages, previous years crop grown, etc.

The longitudinal Village Level Studies of ICRISAT have for over three decades provided profound insights into the social and economic changes in the village and household economies in the semi-arid tropics of Asia and Africa. The Village Dynamics Studies in South Asia, supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), has given an impetus to ICRISATs efforts to break the vicious cycle of hunger and poverty through better-informed decisions that will improve the plight of small farmers in the semi-arid and humid tropics. By providing insights and development pathways to identify and understand socio-economic, agro-biological, policy and institutional constraints to agricultural development through improved time series mesa and micro data, it will enable decision making based on evidence on impacts on the poor
