This App will help OTIS field technician to resolve technical issues on the field. After receiving elevator related issue technician will be reaching to the field to start maintenance activity and refer product/maintenance guide on the spot. They will login to O365 search app and types required information to fetch relevant document/video/conversations. App will then display required information matching the request. Technician view the information and if require can start skype call with other support member to fix the issue.
From the App we invoked API to get relevant information from SharePoint, O365 Video and Yammer conversation. So, we had to integrate Azure API, SharePoint rest API, Yammer API & Microsoft Graph API for O365 integration. User can also provide rating of the document through this app.

The Project objective of this application will be to provide a Global Exposure Monitoring system of Authorization and Settlement data relating to Transactions. It will be used for exposure monitoring for both Issuing and Acquiring volume for each of the following regions: Asia-Pacific (AP), Canada, Central Europe/Middle East/Africa (CEMEA), Latin America/Caribbean (LAC), and United States (US). It will provide immediate status of the client banks, regions countries as regards the level of risk to which they are exposed. This information is provided by way of graphs and summarized data. It includes various time critical information thus helping business users take suitable decisions.

The member banks of CEMEA region submit their card related, business related, associate and sponsored member related data to the this application. Based on this data a fee is charged from the member banks and operating certificates are issued to the member banks quarterly .The CEMEA Finance team also performs some analysis and find out member banks business trend using this application. Data collected from members in the VOL Operating Certificates application is stored in a database, then transferred to a data warehouse where additional fields are calculated and aggregated for use in analysis by other CEMEA departments and finally a data file is created from the data warehouse to upload into the global Sales Analysis Service (SAS).

Current store environment has older scanner / RF gun devices which are at End of life and also are running on a legacy software, Payless is looking to migrate to an advanced iOS /Android based Mobile solution which supports smart mobile device like iPod and Motorola MC40. Payless has reached out to Cognizant to provide the estimates for developing the existing scanner / RF functionality on the smarter mobile in order to enable smart mobile devices for their store operations seamlessly.

This app covers the entire life cycle of equipment delivery, that is, it facilitates the drivers to see their daily jobs assigned to them by the dispatchers and delivering them to the designated place as per the schedule. Application shall only allow authorized drivers to login using their AD credentials. After login user will see their jobs/manifest scheduled from another desktop application. Driver then select job one by one and deliver the equipment/item. During the process of delivery drive capture image of the equipment and signature of user. Driver also can see their route on Map view. Another desktop application can also see the location of a particular driver on a route. For this location is being sent to backend server in a certain interval and desktop application refresh its dashboard automatically in every 5 mins to get driver location details and plots it on the map. application
