· Engagement Manager for Takeda BPR Global rollout project. Complexity factor for this project is very high due to multiple rollouts going on simultaneously globally – e.g. Japan, NA, Latin America and Europe.

· Responsible for end to end planning and delivery of RICEF Objects for the global rollouts.

· Team size is 160 FTE with resources from multiple service lines – SAP, I & D, Digital etc.

· Monitor the progress of deliverables against the agreed schedule and take corrective actions in case of slippage. Escalate to Takeda Global Account Executive to get issues resolved.

· Ensure the KPIs of “On Time Delivery” and “First Time Right” are maintained within the agreed limits.

· Manage the project within the budget provided by client.

Plan Proactive measures to identify and mitigate the risks.
