I was responsible for the As-Is assessment study of present file movement and office management processes at pilot departments after doing a bench-marking study with similar applications running in similar departments in other Indian states. We also had envisaged a common service delivery platform architecture through which all the IT applications would be routed. The next phase of the project is to float a RFP where a suitable vendor will be selected to implement the solution and we would do PMO of the implementation activity.
