MARS (Matrix Reference System) is a Web-based global application for integration of the product development lifecycle. It enables any organization at Ericsson to handle Requirement Management, CR Handling, Integration/Release-Planning and Verification. As an ALM tool (Application Lifecycle Management), it enables the handover of requirements between product line and engineering, as well as the requirement tracking between any Customer Unit and their customers.

MARS allows large geographically dispersed development projects to share information instantly and work efficiently. MARS also enables projects to gain better control by integrating information from various areas and providing powerful views in real time reports. Product- and Configuration Managers, Requirement- and Technical Coordinators, as well as Test Leaders and Testers using MARS will have a robust information system that keeps track of all involved artifacts within a development project, either by object revisions, or strict configuration control.

These products are based on the financial services and have different modules for customer registration and loan transactions. Cash Well Financial is created for the purpose of providing consumer loans as quickly, easily and securely as possible. Same day process combines excellent financial products with personalized attention and same day funding. Cash Well Financial offers consumer instalment loans with lower annual percentage rates, higher available loan amounts and customized repayment plans all without needing a bank account. This application enables all the employees at various locations of the company to carry out core transactions like Advance / Loan, Rollover, Buyback, Payments, Cash Management, Employee Maintenance, Report Generation. Major functionality other than Loan procedures setting up Locations and related configurations, setting up Rules and Rule Values and Adding New Bank.
