I like to listen people and help them develop their talent. I encourage teams to improve performance and achieve goals together. We do this using data information extraction processes, customer information and everything that can be used to identify and implement improvements.

I started my career at Lexia, a qualitive research agency. I was responsible for creating new proposals for campaigns, websites, graphic material and achieving acceptance by clients. Later I worked at Tecnologico de Monterrey as head of the digital marketing area placing the continuing Education area in the top of my goals.

In 2007 I joined AXA Seguros (insurance) before ING, I began my career as a Business Analyst, digitalizing the entry of 450 procedures for Sales Force as the main objective and greatest achievement to start.

Later, while still at AXA Seguros, I led a pilot project as the Product Owner of implementing Agile Methodology. As a result, a new user experience published for the public portal of AXA Mexica (axa.mx as well as phase I of the private client site. (later My Axa app). I also piloted the strategy to permeate the methodology to all IT teams in Mexico was launched in AXA.

As product Owner of Quotation Tools with AXA Seguros, I defined and developed a new UX for online quoting/issuance tools covering the 4 lines of business (car, damage, health and life.)

Later I assumed the role of Deputy Director of e-commerce at AXA Seguros.

As head of the channel, I implemented a multichannel strategy to provide customer service and promote the renewal and retention policies. Continuing with my role as a Product Owner, I worked at is synergy with the IT team to continue the evolution of quoting tools.

After 2 years, I returned to Digital Transformation with around 160 digital applications (web services, applications, quoting tools, etc) at this stage and a team of 70 people working under an agile methodology achieving large adoption of My Axa APP by commercial clients, the implementation of digital autographs signature of GMM and Life contracts, and PCI compliance certification in December 2019.

In June 2020 I finished my stage at AXA Seguros and started a great challenge at Grupo GOCAR, a car distribution company. In my role as a Product Owner, I established the digital ecosystem for the purchase/sale of used cars through the website and mobile application.
