Description
My role in this project was to gather information from different areas (internal customers) of the company in order to better understand the current operation and the associated issues to generate a work plan and mitigate them in the migration of the company's new ERP system (Salesforce) .
As important milestones of this project:
- Meetings with the operational supervisors and administrative managers of the Funnel to collect requirements.
- Coordination of local audits in various parts of the country to update the information in the database.

As a directive from Deloitte Global, changes had to be implemented in the operating models, technology, processes and systems in Deloitte Mexico in order to standardize and align with the central model.
Among the projects was the updating of systems such as Closed Circuit, Access Control; Replacement of perimeter security equipment (GTM's and F5's); Implementation of new technologies such as DLP, Data Classification, Cylance; Etc.
My role, in addition to directly managing a couple of them, was to assign and coordinate the implementation of all of them, reporting biweekly to the Operational Managers involved and monthly to the IT Director.
Description
With a budget of half a million dollars, it was determined how many and which firewalls would be updated and which ones would be replaced from the 10 existing offices in LATAM for Deloitte Mexico. I was responsible from the creation of the work plan to the successful conclusion of each of the maintenance windows, managing important milestones such as the quotation and management of suppliers, Coordination of IT technical teams in the USA and Canada with the operating teams distributed in each country and in Mexico. A great challenge but an excellent enriching experience.
