It is used for Dispatch-In & Dispatch-Out work, provisioning & maintenance, across all regions & markets. The Dispatch System accommodates work requests & technicians of all types of work & skills. EDGE is also used to provide the due dates to both U-verse and Legacy Customers of AT&T who want to start a new service or repair an existing service.

In Edge there are lots of track like GUI, Admin GUI, CSI, BBNMS and one of the critical track OLI.

OLI (Order Line Item) majorly deals with to validate the existing line items and also try to execute or validate new customers Orders.
