Accountabilities:

• Overall end to end Management of Project spanning all Process Groups and knowledge areas, for Middle East based Projects
• Creation of detailed Project documents such as Project Management Plan, Communication Management Plan, Risk Management Plan & Issue Log, Delay Management tracker, Weekly Progress Reports, Project Application Dashboard, Project Tracker, Team Candidature & resume documents, Team info documents, Project Kick-Off Presentation
• Requirements clarification and Project scope finalizing
• Stakeholder Negotiations and Conflict resolution
• Delay Management with team & Issue resolution with partners
• Leading daily progress meetings with customer and team, Fortnightly Review with Executive Management
• Customer Management and managing escalations
• Timely Pre-requisites preparation with team and sharing with customer
• Group managing BA & Developer teams
• Agile & Scrum based approach

• Project Lead for Elements Family Products for International Web Projects for geographically distributed teams
• Also managing Global Web Production for 2 geographies’ Adobe.com sites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring tool
• Work on a regular basis with e-Commerce team, translations team, regional Marketing content partners, Web producers and other key stakeholders
• Gather and analyze requirements, Project Planning, Project Creation, Project Scheduling, Stakeholder management, Co-ordinate with multiple teams, Risk Management etc
• Daily content production of large web site, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Promo Management for Elements’ products Promos
• Author pages, facilitate & collaborate with Analytics team towards A/B Testing
• Handle multiple responsibilities concurrently and contribute to the success of Adobe.com
• Use of Jira for Project Management and other tasks
• Project Management Best Practices Implementation - Lessons learnt from previous launches, thorough check of us/en pages, Fast Tracking, Sharing crisp instructions in Wiki with steps and screenshots, Spot QA, Volunteers for launch call, Post Mortem analysis etc

• Coordinate activities related to Prerelease programs encompassing requirements gathering, Prerelease program planning, site creation, building & uploading documents, creating online reports etc
• Conduct RTB surveys, EOP survey & NPS question; generate pulse reports & EOP reports
• Guide testers on usage of user forums and conduct weekly status meetings with the product team
• Set up legacy forms workflow to enable testers to upload/share code samples in the program
• Ensure submission of downloads data in Prerelease programs to legal department
• Perform UAT for the system/ associated systems with smoke and detailed testing
• Assess required Prerelease Interest Form modifications (additions/ deletions) & coordinate with support teams on rectification of PIF reporting link errors
• Develop team workload distribution excel and highlight missed emails on the Prerelease support ids
• Maintain updated best practices document, release notes etc
• Review 'Success Criteria & Program Objectives' specified during program start, post mortem analysis
• Create & maintain Extended Coverage Schedule for team members
• Groom & mentor new recruits; monitor performance of team members & render productivity enhancement feedback
