CAST is an automation solution for simulating business processes / models on Force.com platform before they actually go live in real work. For example if a Bank want to launch a new investment scheme than CAST can simulate all the processess and determine risks, possible impacts on other line of businesses and predict deployments and also help in estimating resource management and funding estimation.

My roles and responsibility is following:

1. I work closely with Business partners to design business solutions for prepared requirements.

2. CAST Customization based on business requirements which include extensive Apex/Visual Force/Javascript code as CAST is a 100% customized application on Force.com platform.

3. writing unit test code to ensure code quality & code coverage

4. Administration related work (i.e. Sandbox management, Reports generation. Email Template, Data Management. Workflow, objects, fields and custom settings design. Labels design & modification and deployment sets creation validation & implementation via Salesforce admin setup)

5. Custom component development & Exploring Salesforce metadata API’s to write generic code which helped reducing # on lines, improve quality & compactness.

6. Integrating CAST with other bank systems Le. CSDB On boarding, CAST—ARM-RDR Integration using CAST (Web services API(s) & Java technologies)

7. CAST Web automation to remove manual routine work using Selenium

8. Small business, Merrill Edge & FCQA line of business on boarding to Salesforce and I got appreciated by business and tech for my quality work.

9. I have 1 year of experience in Lightning Platform using Salesforce Lightninh Builder and Lightning Component Development.

Clarify CRM is a telecom specific CRM and i worked on the delivery unit in my organization which allowes me to work closely with the client and solution architects to formalize and develop business requirements and then customize off the shelf CRM product to the client requirements.

My development role allowed me to

1. customize product as per the business need to suite the need for telecom pricing and billing & service portfolio.

2. ensuring quality assurance and acceptance criteria with client by writing unit tests and help QA team with bug fixes etc and ensure delivery with quality

Case Management is a large project in BOA which deals with Servi e platform on salesforce. This project have active user base of 35K + and deals with BOA case management issues logged by customers.

1. My role include to customize salesforce as per business need and also taking care of administrative aspects of project using off the shelf salesforce admin tools as a Lead Developer.

This project deals with identifying financial centers and assessing their performances via automation so that decision can be made if that Banking Center is an optimum investment for Bank at that place etc.

My role in project is to design and develope workflows and business rule with working close to stake holders and implementing them in Force.com platform to automate the process. This project required extensive customization on force.com platform.

This project was developed on Salesforce Force.com platform and a highly customized application using Salesforce Apex and Visual force. My primary role is to write Code and integrate the system with Performance and Bonus System of bank mainframe's front end app so that BC employees bonus and incentives can be calculated. My role was to write servies to consume and expose REST / SOAP service with other banking systems and build the schedule jobs on Force.com.

Also event monitoring and auditing, logging and trigger was my responsibility to maintain data quality.
