I use this motto to understand the existing processes followed in the on-going QA projects, appreciate the "going-good" aspects, identify the loopholes, and come up with improvement areas. I then monitor and control the implementation of the changes suggested. I help the team, customer in the process to deliver a quality product to the end-users. A Similar approach is used for new projects too.
