Description
Manages the delivery of NetSuite’s Professional Services implementations of the on-demand NetSuite application. Drive the delivery of NetSuite’s Professional Services engagements according to the agreed upon scope, time and budget – all while ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Manage, track and communicate the progress of projects, and ensure the quality delivery of NetSuite’s Professional Services. Responsible for planning customer specific engagements, managing the business requirements development, review and signoff process, managing the execution of deliverables while controlling scope, executing the change management process when needed, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks. Manage multiple concurrent projects and will work with a number of resources within a matrix environment. Mobile Mapping and Salesforce Upgrades - The project charter combined upgrades of client system on this staff augmentation contract. Project HR management is used to manage resources between Operations and Project. There are virtual teams involved in this effort where several tools were used such as networking, pre-assignment, and negotiations were used to plan and acquire resources. The team were developed by training, team-building, and establishing ground rules.
Server Asset Refresh Phase I and II - This project upgrades the client's infrastructure storage to a newer technology. Phase I utilizes Project Management and subsidiary plans were heavily used to track the progress of the effort. Risks and issue management are managed and communicated to stakeholders. Change control activities were done to ensure acceptance of additional scope as requested by the client. Phase II of the project is to utilize the infrastructure that was built from the first phase. Time and Cost Management was highly used on this major on-going project. The scope is closely monitored via work performance report and variance were submitted to change control. Project procurement was also initiated making sure proper analysis was done.
Windows 2000 Upgrade - This project identifies all old infrastructure servers of the client and plans for an upgrade or risk exception. The risks were planned, identified and a qualitative analysis was performed. All risks were controlled and accepted by the client. The upgraded servers followed the planned activities and the scope and schedule were controlled accordingly.
