§ Responsible for managing the SNET Divestiture Program from RDC, by leading the project team and delivering solution to customer.

§ Overseeing successful deployment of multiple projects (30+ projects during monthly releases and quarterly releases) at the overall account level

§ Working with the senior management to identify new business opportunities for IBM in these niche areas and contribute towards the base account growth

The main objective of the development of GIL Tools from offshore is to migrate from GIL2 environment. Offshore Project Coordinator for 4 projects – GIL Tools, DCT, GIL3 FADS and Timewriting. GIL Tools is developed as web applications. These include GIL Options Panel to install applications, CRITTER for charting history of ITC costs, WAM for Web asset management, eGADS, GILServ for GIL Services. DCT is application for Data Clean up to assist users to clean their data before migrating to new GIL3 environment FADS for Forecasting assessment and Deployment Scheduling and Timewriting System is windows based timesheet application. These Tools have been developed, maintained and enhanced to work with Windows XP, Vista.

BarTender software is used for designing and printing labels for Global Logistics customers with the physical shipment of finished goods to the customer.

The scope of the work includes managing the 24x7 Application Support and maintenance for Freescales ERP Logistics (Tandem & Host) & Legacy PDM, Inventory and Planning Applications. Projects handled include Barcode Enhancement and Tandem Elimination Project

The decision to support decommissioning the TANDEM platforms required the migration of existing TANDEM based applications to Linux on IBM servers. Tandem Elimination involves understanding the technical and functional aspects, and migrating of the Tandem Logistics Applications with minimal changes to the existing COBOL code and screens.

The applications have been logically grouped as per Freescale IT organization for the Application groups and sub-groups.

The Projects caters to Application Development & maintenance of the Business areas – Demand Management, Logistics, Inventory and Finance.

HR Systems Integration Project integrates the disparate systems - Human Resources System (HRMS), Lotus Notes Leave Attendance, Payroll, Humaris and Attendance Registration System.

This project involved an initial study understanding of the business requirements, formulating the requirements specification and designing the Revenue processing System for National/Local. It includes coordination with the offshore team for the maintenance and enhancements of other systems for West & Mid-West regions of USA.

The company uses the Synergi System as an ERP package primarily. Its a self made ERP package with IMS as its primary database environment providing interfaces to FINANCE, ORDER, GLOPPS, and PACKING & INVENTORY. The primary task was in conversion to web enable the Glopps systems on IMS

This project is for a renowned manufacturer, one of the biggest in Europe, based in Gothenburg, Sweden. The Maintenance of the Packing System involved providing production support, modifying and developing programs for North America, as it was earlier used by its branches in Europe.

The Project PI Halt and Match process was successfully implemented. This involved unloading of data from the Oracle APD system on UNIX, Year 2000 changes, Re-engineering the existing DB2 tables to Teradata tables
