§ Responsible for managing the SNET Divestiture Program from RDC, by leading the project team and delivering solution to customer.

§ Overseeing successful deployment of multiple projects (30+ projects during monthly releases and quarterly releases) at the overall account level

§ Managing complex programs such as SNET Divestiture, Cheetah and Other Programs using the Dev-ops and Agile methodology

§ Working with the senior management to identify new business opportunities for IBM in these niche areas and contribute towards the base account growth

§ Being the IBM ‘face’ to the client, Work with ATT counterpart (ATT Project Managers) closely throughout the project lifecycle.

* Manage Schedule, Risks, Issues & Dependencies for all projects in SNET and Cheetah program

§ Conduct Program Review call with all the Project Managers

Act as single point of contact between CLIENT Management, IBM Senior Management and IBM Delivery Teams

Managed on Major Projects including GoldenDate Oracle Migration, NERV Android IOS implementaion, and other projects in ASKME Projects and Light Speed Program

The objective of the EPMS project is to have an Enterprise Project Management System, allowing SABIC E&PM, contractors, affiliates, and SBU personnel to perform key project processes, monitor progress, publish key process indicators (KPI’s) and dashboard reports of both site projects and mega-projects. The scope of the project is to select a vendor’s product based on SABIC requirements in terms of Functional and IT testing.
