Return bill has exponentially grown in tandem with new customer continuous subscription onto our services; therefore, business user will be flooded with reprinted bills request on daily basis. To mitigate and /or avoid this inundated request from customer, and to make known to our service provider (POS Malaysia) that it is imperative that we develop an application to project the affected areas on return mails.

1. eServices Registration Update/Changes Currently system update customer details via hard copy and e-mail, this enhancement lead to automate this in some way to minimize the effort involved manually. 2. eServices Transfer This enhancement to upgrade or improve eService Service Transfer function. With the improvement, when user select Service Transfer function, 2 Sales Order will be created. 1 CEASED Sales Order from the Old account & 1 NEW Sales Order into the new Account. Both the Sales Order will AUTO Closed with Work Order Number as N.A. User do not need to update or closed both Sales Order at the end, we just need to search and the Service ID will be located in the New account. 3. Email enhancements revision Correct the current status where all resubmit FYNA emails go to CSOM even though it was rejected by some other workgroup e.g. HOD/AM/Product Manager/STPOC etc. Put in validation logic where if it is not rejected at the CSOM stage, it will be resubmitted to the original rejector or his DOA. Please ensure that there is a hyperlink to https://eservices.starhub.com/eServicesWeb/Login/login.jsp at the word eServices in the content of the email for both resubmit to CSOM and Others templates. 4. Production support On going support, where the eservices application users will send emails when they found error in the application or the business logic. I need to clarify their problems within one day. Sometimes, it involved coding problem or database error or need to train the users on the usage of the eServices applications functionality.

The SCBs HP & EHP Autoloan System has a built-in decision-making which allows it to appraise the applicants eligibility for the facility based on the relevant information keyed-in. The systems will instantaneously indicate whether the application has been conditionally approved or rejected. The system will also allow appeal to be made, requiring additional details. Once the system indicates that the application is conditionally approved by Sales Officers or authorized dealers will collect the supporting documents and formalizing the application and uploading of documents for back-office verification.

Open accounts are supported by the existing system of Trade Finance built for supporting Documentary Trade Finance are tuned with some work around to assist the other forms of Open Account product. So, there is a felt need by the SCB group to think on one single system/platform to support all types of Open Accounts and Factoring together. On the other hand, there is major impediment to the growth of Open Account product due to the lack of a seamless and effective Global Limits system. So, they come out with this Magellan OAF idea. The Magellan OAF/Limit system will be build in accordance to SCB standards and review by J2EE – CoE and WB – Architecture teams. The OAF/Limit system will be developed as a unified multi-tiered Trade platform using state-of-the-art technology, confirming to current J2EE industry standards. The Service Oriented Component based Architectural Model adopted to ensure high reusability of components within Trade System and loosely coupled interfaces between services. The application architecture based on thin client architecture to ensure easy rollout and deployment, and support the HUB and SPOKE model and allow access globally.

Microservices are smaller standalone web services that cater to a certain web or mobile application's needs.
DFX will be a middle layer between various Authentication Services throughout Asia Pacific and consolidate them into one. Each of the services will be able to support the different requirements of each version of the app that is rolled out for a particular country. DFX can also read or write to other stand-alone applications' data sources. DFX is a collection of REST Web Services.
The API Endpoints can be called over regular HTTPS using GET, POST, PUT, DELETE methods. Payloads are supplied in JSON.
The response for these API calls will be regular HTTP Responses with HTTP Status. Data that is returned will also be in JSON.

The StudioABO project is looking to implement an online portal that will provide dynamic video and training content to engage IBO’s and develop their business skills further. Along with video and training content the portal will also support a recognition system in order to engage users and inspire progress through the various training pathways.
StudioABO will be standalone site for each market hence it can cater for each market unique requirements while retaining some of the core features such as login, setting up goals and browsing contents. The first target market for StudioABO will be Japan. The ABO are invited to this platform once they hit 15% bonus index in any one month over the last 12 months. ABOs who signed up are allowed to be a part of StudioABO for 1 year and their membership will be reviewed from then on.
