SDS (Support Data system) is master data management system which maintains master data such as Planning Market, Planning Region, Departments, Sections, Divisions etc which is consumed by various applications in HMO such as VPS, Gross Factor, CheeSat etc. All the fundamental data seeds are first created in SDS and then published from here.

It’s a Windows based Application installed on individual machine. User should have pre-approved permission to use application and other subsequent user roles and permissions to see the functionalities of SDS.

It had chosen Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and ASP.Net, C# as a platform to deliver the CRM solution and the implementation is taking place.
