Vital is the center for shared services for the Singapore Government. It is a department under the Ministry of Finance (MOF). Vital Intends to roll out a new Case Management System (“Voices”) to replace the existing systems. The Voices System aims to be One-Stop application to receive and manage different types of cases (CHE Request, Service requests and Enquiries) submitted by more than 80 Client Agencies through various channels. The System shall provide features for effective management, and enabling timely tracking of volumetric and key performance indicators of the service requests. This application allows the user to enter parametric header data and upload specific electronic versions of the contract, agreements, appendices, and other related documents.
