Lead Management System introduced to manage the leads for the Key Retailer stores of Etisalat
under single system. As part of the solution new CRM for Key Retailers and admin portal to manage the
partner portal applications are introduced. CRM is responsible for capturing new leads coming through Etisalat
web portal and social media like Face Book and Twitter.
The end to end solution included the flow from lead creation and till the lead is processed. LMS also
manages the retailer house creations, retailer agencies and agency user creation and managing them.

Retail Quality Management System is introduced to improve the CSR performance in the
customer service and compliance in retail stores by capturing and recording staff conversations with
customers using both audio and video.
The solution will monitor the activities of the sales staff towards the customers to ensure if the correct
process has been followed which helps in reducing the fraud and improper support to the customers by
capturing audio, video and screen recording of the sales agent.

WINCASH is a new system for payments and inventory management for the retail stores. The systems
involved in project are CBCM (corporate billing and customer management), NTS WINCASH, TIBCO EPG, CSS
(central sales system).
