I was the scrum master of this project.

Right from the beginning from acquiring the M4/M5 servers to the implementation of the host to rigorous testing to the upgrade completion.

I made sure everyday we are conducting a stand up to make sure there is transperency between the team members.

In case of a impediment when the lab had to be in maintenance mode, i went back to the clients explaining them the same and requesting them for a timeline extension.

Parallel testing wit execution is important for project completion on time.

Picasso Testing was a very interesting project where we were trying to deploy and test a GUI called RCM central which would collect error/waning on any device in the data center.

Be it cisco servers or mds switches all the faults and warnings were recorded on one place.

Before this project , this wasnt the case. the faults of each device was recorded on that device respectively.

Deploying the GUI from the scratch, Procuring IP's for a fresh lab, deploying hosts and servers and switches , rigorous testing and the project was sucessfully delivered in 8 months.
