This project includes implementation of Charles river products “Charles River Anywhere” (CRA)and “Charles River Investment Management system” (CRIMS) for preserving and monitoring Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Model management, compliance and IBOR related activities for their clients. Validating Front office and middle office operations like Rebalance, Invest/Divest, harvesting to mitigate Portfolio drift. Project entails deep understanding of all phases of Trade life cycle, compliance concepts, model creation and management details.

Salesforce CRM was used by Sales and Trading team for record keeping and documenting all the communication with Client like possible opportunities ,Client Meeting, Call Logs, Contacts ,Call Reports ,Concur expense Allocations, Creation of Safekeeping and Reverse Repo for different LOBs . To validate all the client events triggered ,Search all statics for different LOBs independent of securities and geographical limitations. To validate all pages are downloaded and different reports can be researched based on data displayed on both Classic and skuid pages

The Cash reconciliation applications helps Business Operations professionals to perform cash reconciliation between Aladdin and external systems.

The project was strategic solution to manage the middle office trading life cycle events of Swap OTC trades .It act as bridge between the upstream(Clearing House or Market Wire or SDR) and downstream i.e. source system where the user can verify and validate all the events and status of swap trades. It is the Middle office repository which is used by operational users to perform affirmation and Confirmation on post trade events, clearing, allocation and declaring of trades.

Trade Status Reporting and Monitoring (TSRM) solution is the product which provides the clients with the ability to comply with the regulatory requirements of CFTC Rule 17 CFR Parts 43 and 45. TSRM also provides the client with the ability to monitor the regulatory reporting for the Swaps by viewing the current status, current compliance, exceptions and audit trail for all trades & reports received/generated by TSRM. This product sends, captures the online feeds from DTCC and update the status in Front end.
