Overview:
The Objective of the Nurture program is to promote various products and events conducted by Red Hat team using Eloqua campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Feasibility analysis of campaign requirements
- Preparing Effort Estimation
- Collecting the requirements from CSMs/Client and providing guidance to the team.
- Assign task to the team members
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Develop and run UAT test cases.
- Development of activity/ campaign
- Analyze business requirements, KPIs and proposed solutions with Project Manager and implement the solution
- Keep the track of request updated in the Wrike
- Unit Testing
- Review before it’s delivered to the CSMs/Client
- Work with reporting of the campaign and provided to client on weekly basis.
- Preparing Measurement Analysis sheet.
- Set up a bi-weekly /weekly call with PM to discuss the account
