  • Managing Delivery & Operations, driving excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering.
  • Responsible for all functions of Project Delivery Management including initiation, requirement finalization, scoping, scheduling, estimation, Quality, tracking and final delivery (Apttus CPQ/Salesforce CRM).
  • Involved in Product/Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or support multiple system components or applications for Accenture or clients.
  • Spearheading pre-sales support through study of RFP, solution design, estimation, development of proposal and defense of same with clients.
  • Providing Solutioning of Salesforce based on client/business requirements converted in requirement specifications.
  • Participate in projects meetings within technical and functional team environment to gather requirements, prioritize objectives and brainstorm alternative solutions.
  • Manage customer expectations and technology scope. Serve as a mentor to the team to ensure timely project delivery as per the best practices.
  • Ensure alignment of business and functional requirements with the technology solution.
  • Performing daily team administration routines as well as team development and people management activities to improve team productivities.

Till now completed Accounts, Market Sizing and just started with Account Plan. IT involved following the path as Gather requirements, Build & Test Systems, UAT Testing, Train and Implement.
