Description

- We are following the Agile methodology and having a Sprint cycle of 2 weeks
- Discussion with Product Owner and understanding product scope & requirements
- Tracking the requirements in DevOps (VSTS)
- Performing the rigorous Functional and Regression testing at the end of each Sprint
- Sending the Release mails to the End customers and getting the early feedback on the release
- Performing the Desk check of 15 minutes before the release to QA to identify the Critical defects in the Sanity testing
- We use the Requirement Gathering and Bug reporting tool from Microsoft Devops (Visual Studio Team Services)
- Actively participating in the Sprint Planning meeting, Requirement gathering meetings and Scrum calls
