- Assumed project roles on Customer's project for Service Level Management (SLM), leading and directing the establishment of process interfaces and service level metrics for Service Management (Catalogue, Problem Management, Risk and Incident Management, Change Management). ITIL implementation.

- Successfully led, managed and completed on-time, a project portfolio worth Php 42 million focused on the re-implementation and business transition of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Release version 12.1.3. Resulted in huge savings of annual maintenance costs and quicker business analysis.Directed and led the internal IT team and operations business team, the Oracle Philippines team and support vendor in the inception, development, training, testing and acceptance of the ERP (Oracle EBS) resulting in an automated and more efficient consolidation of the global contracts, procurement and human resource staffing.
