- Successfully led, managed and completed on-time, a project portfolio worth Php 42 million focused on the re-implementation and business transition of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Release version 12.1.3. Resulted in huge savings of annual maintenance costs and quicker business analysis. Directed and led the internal IT team and operations business team, the Oracle Philippines team and support vendor in the inception, development, training, testing and acceptance of the ERP (Oracle EBS) resulting in an automated and more efficient consolidation of the global contracts, procurement and human resource staffing.
- Implemented successfully the various ERP modules that included the Finance (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management and Taxation), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Projects Portfolio Management (PPM), Discrete Manufacturing and the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and integrated the Primavera.

- Led and directed successfully a Php 60 million project implementation and transitioning from the legacy JD Edwards to SAP R3 (SD, MM & FICO modules) that was integrated with the Tokyo and Bangkok systems. This resulted in an improved monthly financial reporting, highly accurate inventory tracking, materials replenishment and the sales order processing.
