PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Coordinate business requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder approvals for the project scope of implementation. Work with the onsite counterparts, be the first point of contact-subject matter expert, interact independently with them for ongoing work, clarifications and hence maintain risk, issue log and resolve them within agreed time frame for the team.
• Responsible for nurturing team with lean agile values and principles, serve multiple teams as Scrum master. Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Calls, Grooming Sessions, Sprint Review meeting, Retrospective and resolve the team impediments.
