GFS SCM spans all movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory and finished goods from point-of-origin to point-of-consumption. Product Acquisition uses are tools or modules used in executing supply chain transactions, managing supplier relationships and controlling associated business processes. Supply Chain Management integrates supply and demand management within and across companies. Supply chain management (SCM) is the oversight of materials, information, and finances as they move in a process from supplier to manufacturer to wholesaler to retailer to consumer. Supply chain management involves coordinating and integrating these flows both within and among companies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Handling a team of 10 QA’s and defining quality standards and metrics for the current project as per roadmap.
  2. Working with all stake holders to ensure that the quality metrics is reviewed, closed and agreed upon.
  3. Make the QA team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries.
  4. Create a list of checkpoints using agile concepts (Project burn down, story writing, JIRA, retrospectives, etc.) and set measurable criteria to check the quality on time ensuring the right quality checks are in place at the various stages of testing.
  5. Work collaboratively with all stake holders like Development, QA, Project Manager, BA and onsite teams.
  6. Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.
  7. Experience in API level testing using postman and swagger.
  8. Review product requirements, functional and design specifications to determine and prepare automated test cases. Keep raising the bar and standards of all the quality processes with every project.
  9. Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites.
  10. During the testing cycle monitor the test progress by constantly assessing the work assignment to each of the resources and re-balance or re-allocate them as required.
