This application helps the insurance agents to create bulk insurance policies for customers and calculate policy related data.

This was database migration project .The purpose of the project was to extract data related to policies and claims for client customers and based on the business rules take decision whether the customer is eligible for certain benefits. This data was extracted from multiple interfaces and databases.

My Pru is a product from Prudential. My Pru is web based application which helps customers view and edit their personal information. The personal information includes customer Policy details, plans details, estimated values of the securities/bonds/stocks held by customer, current value of the assets or policy products held by the customer. Customer can login to My Pru with secured credentials, on successful login they have various tabs some of them are listed below. Edit personal information like mobile number, address, Send / Read secured messages, Product information and its current market values, chatting options with Agents.

In wireless application it provides third party insurance services for various carriers worldwide wiz T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Bluegrass. ePrism is used by Assurant customer agents. Agents create a new insurance policy based on the information provided by the customer and policy which they opt for through ePrism application. Application also supports Mobile device replacement insurance plans for that Business rules are already set in application based on which decisions are made and claims are wither rejected or accepted..

This project has multiple application on various platforms. As a Test Specialist I am involved in creating automation framework for more than 6 applications either web based or backend. I am leading a team of more than 10 members. We have mainly used Java for all our automation projects.

1> Developed Page object model framework using Selenium,TestNG,Maven.

2> Developed Selenium grid framework usingdocker,kubernetes for cross browser testing and integrated it with Git Hub and Jenkins pipeline for test execution.

3>Developed Automation scripts to test various API services using REST Assured.

Insurance companies make use of Compass for maintaining Customer records like Pension premium, Billing details, Due Dates etc. It also contains various calculation modules like Premium Calculation, Bill generation, Collection processing etc, these modules are highly configurable and Client specific.

Fidessa is a trading software, which provides functionalities for Front, Middle and back office. It provides the Front End which enable traders and sales traders to enter, complete, book and report the client orders. It also has modules which provide connectivity with various exchanges across the globe.
